The "NAPI-800/800E series" is a gasket for ultra-high temperature environments that uses zero-asbestos materials as a substitute for traditionally used asbestos. By increasing the heat resistance of the internal material from 500-550°C (asbestos) to 1,000°C (zero-asbestos), we have reduced the generation of corrosive gases, which are believed to cause pitting at high temperatures, thereby improving quality. The "NAPI-800 series" has achieved results of MAX 1000°C in a 22-hour heat resistance test and has a proven track record of withstanding use as a gasket at around 800°C, receiving very positive feedback.
